A signed case does not happen because of one ad, one website, or one intake call.
It happens because marketing, intake, communication, and operations work together.

Michael Cohan joined me this week on The Managing Partners Podcast, and one of the biggest takeaways from our conversation is that a lot of firms think growth problems start with marketing.

Not enough visibility. Not enough signed cases. Not enough consistent case flow.

But growth becomes difficult when the systems behind the firm are disconnected.

Marketing operates separately from intake.
Intake operates separately from client communication.
Operations operate separately from reporting and accountability.

& over time, growth becomes reactive instead of structured.

Michael talked a lot about building a remote-first firm with strong operators, operational accountability, and technology that supports the client experience instead of slowing it down.

But underneath all of it was a bigger point:

The firms scaling consistently today are building systems, not just adding activity.

Because visibility alone does not create predictable case flow.
What happens after someone finds your firm matters just as much.

How quickly intake responds. How communication is handled. Whether reporting connects to signed cases. Whether leadership has clarity on what is actually driving revenue.

That is where structure matters.

And honestly, this is exactly how we think about growth at Array.

We do not look at marketing as disconnected tactics or isolated channels. We look at it as a system connected to how the firm actually operates.

Online visibility. Intake. Reporting. Communication. Accountability. Case flow.

When those pieces operate together, growth becomes structured instead of reactive.

That is the difference between firms constantly reacting to growth problems and firms building momentum from a structured foundation.

Quick question because I think a lot of firms are dealing with this right now:
